1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the h 555 platform, accessible at h555.plus. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet or playing any game on h 555, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

3 Account Security

4 Deposits

All deposits on h 555 are processed in PKR. The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. The available deposit methods are displayed within your account at the time of deposit.

Deposits are credited to your h 555 balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In most cases this is immediate, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and network conditions.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the Withdrawal section of your h 555 account. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to a payment method verified in your name.

h 555 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa typically complete within a short timeframe following approval. Withdrawals via Raast and bank transfer may take slightly longer depending on the receiving institution.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, h 555 may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard procedure to confirm account ownership and protect against fraudulent activity. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

If your account balance includes active bonus funds that are subject to wagering requirements, only the portion of your balance that represents real money may be withdrawn. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

h 555 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending review if there is reasonable cause to believe that the funds in question were obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or a violation of these Terms.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

h 555 offers welcome bonuses for new registrations and ongoing promotions for active players, including reload bonuses and seasonal offers tied to events such as PSL and T20 World Cup tournaments. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the time the offer is made.

Key bonus terms that apply across all h 555 promotions include:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any winnings generated from it may be forfeited.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on h 555 — including cricket, PSL matches, T20 internationals, football, and esports — are subject to the specific rules displayed at the time of placing the bet. These rules govern how markets are settled, what happens in the event of a match abandonment or postponement, and how in-play bets are handled.

Once a bet has been accepted by the h 555 platform, it cannot be cancelled or changed by the player. It is your responsibility to check all bet details — including selection, stake in PKR, and market — before confirming a wager.

h 555 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error or pricing mistake. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

For slot games, live casino and fish games, the outcome of each game round is determined by the game software and its underlying random number generator (RNG). Game outcomes are final once the round is complete and the result has been displayed. h 555 does not intervene in or manipulate game outcomes.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on h 555. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of account balance:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
